The oldest living bird on our planet, Sandhill Cranes are among my favorite large birds. Whooping Cranes were close to extinct, so I’m happy I was able to photograph them. Listening to the calls of each fills my heart and their behavior is amazing to watch. All images on this site are photographed and copyrighted by Steider Studios.
